Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

• We ship to most European countries.

• Free shipping available within Austria and Germany.

• Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated and displayed before checkout.
  
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
  

• Please note: customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
  

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• We do not provide return shipping labels — customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The return address is the same as the sender address on your package.
  
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including the box it was received in.
  

• Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 days. 

• The original shipping cost is non-refundable if shipping has already been completed.

• Refunds can only be processed after we receive the returned package.

• If an item is damaged or returned in a different condition than it was sent, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
